To locate: 270 to Sawmill Rd. exit head north, (Sawmill turns into Sawmill Parkway) stay  on & turn right on Seldom Seen Rd. Follow to Liberty Rd. & turn left. Auction located on the corner of Liberty & Carriage.  
After several years at this home and watching Powell turn into the booming town it is now, Ed & Alice Hatfield have decided to relocate to Alaska to be closer to their family. They will be leaving behind a houseful of furniture & quality items that they wish to be auctioned off.
